Teflease is a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) film coated with a silicone adhesive on one side. This product is designed to be applied directly to the tool surface eliminating the need for the application of additional release agents.
Teflease MG2 tapes are light brown in color and have a total thickness of 0.0035 (0.002 for the film and 0.0015 for the adhesive). Ideal for releasing most resin systems, this product also features high elongation to conform to critical contours, while offering multiple releases from one application.
