Scotch® Strapping Tape 8651 .
Scotch® Strapping Tape 8651 is a high-performance, transparent packaging tape
reinforced along its length with continuous polypropylene monofilaments, which
give the tape high tensile strength. The polypropylene backing provides excellent
abrasion, moisture and scuff resistance. The adhesive is a very aggressive
packaging grade adhesive, specially formulated to meet the high demands of
sealing corrugated fiberboard cartons, including those with high recycled content
commonly used in today’s packing materials.
