FM®
410-1 is a modified epoxy, core splice foaming adhesive. FM®
410-1 adhesive foam contains no
aluminum powder and has good radar transparency.
FM®
410-1 adhesive foam is supplied in sheet or roll, by request, form and may be cured in place with
either free foaming or restrained foaming processes. The operating temperature is -67°F to 350°F
(-55°C to 177°C).
Typical applications for FM®
410 include splicing honeycomb core, bonding of inserts to core, bonding
of edge members to core, and localized honeycomb reinforcement where increased shear strength is
required
