Dow Corning® Xiameter® RTV-3110 Series two-part encapsulant has a flash point greater than 100 degrees C for safe use. The silicone rubber-based product has a specific gravity of 1.14 and a boiling point temperature rating greater than 65 degrees C. This slight odored, liquid encapsulant is off-white in color and comes in a 453-gram pail. It withstands a tensile strength of 395 psi. This product requires 24 hours for curing and withstands a temperature of -55 to 200 degrees C.
