3M Scotch-Weld™ Primer 83 was developed, in order to increase the
adhesion of a tape to critical surfaces substantially.
Not recommended for polystyrene and highly siliconised materials.
3M Scotch-Weld™ Primer 83 has the ability to absorb smaller
impurities and embody on the underground. Thus a better adhesion
and shear strength of rubber, acrylate and silicone adhesives is
achieved even on lightly oily and dirty surfaces.
