Hylogrip HY5173 is a formed in place (FIP) single component anaerobic curing flexible sealant, which cures in the joint to form a flexible plastic seal. The product is designed to replace traditional solid gaskets. The thixotropic properties of Hylogrip HY5173 prevent migration of the sealant before or during curing. Once cured the compounds are resistant to shock and vibration from –500C to 1500C (-580F to 3020F).
