TURCO 6045, a thin, light amber to dark brown liquid, is an acid-activated product for the dissolution removal of silicone rubber, such as RTV and Silicoset, from jet engine parts. Silicone rubber is removed from jet engine parts during overhaul to facilitate inspection and rework.

Passes Boeing "U" Bend Test for titanium at 540ºC for 4 hours
