Performance:
PL470 has been tested for chemical resistance; quick drying and
lubricity.
Resistant to Oils, Grease and Aqueous Cleaning Fluids.
Application:
- Surface Preparation: Refer to the instruction sheet contained within the kit and TSD 70-
00-00-900-335-A06
Clean the blade roots of any debris using the specifically designed
scraper in the kit. Degrease scraper in the kit. Degrease surfaces
with OMat4-70 cleaner
- Paint Preparation:
Supplied ready for use with OMat 4-70 Series Kit
Thinner / Reducer Addition: IP9064-TDXL Thinner
- Application Method:Refer to the instruction sheet contained with the kit and TSD 70-00-
00-300-355-A06. Dip the applicator pad in the PL470 and drag
through the blade root, which applies the dry film lubricant.
- Drying Curing: Will air dry in ambient temperatures (15-25°C) within 30 minutes.
Formulated to dry below freezing point, but drying time will be
extended. Ensure free air flow to facilitate correct drying conditions.
