Miller-Stephenson Release Agent/Dry Lubricant contains
a suspension of low molecular weight
polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymers – white,
waxy particles of PTFE in an easy to apply form. The
outstanding lubricity and low coefficient of friction of
PTFE is perfect for use as a dry film lubricant and as a
release agent in molding operations.
MS-122AD is an excellent and economical universal
release agent, highly effective when applied to rubber
molds. Provide a very uniform coating. Our best dry
lubricant, for all applications. It may be used on all
surfaces, especially where there is metal to metal contact.
Miller-Stephenson’s Release Agent/Dry Lubricant is:
- Slippery, with outstanding lubricity
(low coefficient of friction).
- Thermally stable (from cryogenic to 500ºF/260ºC).
- Nonflammable.
- Chemically inert.
- Insoluble.
- Non-migrating (contain no silicones).
