TURCO W.O. #1 and TURCO W. O. #2 are clear, colorless liquid acid cleaners and deoxidizers designed for use on aluminum and aluminum alloys by dip, spray and hand wipe methods.
TURCO W.O. #1 and TURCO W. O. #2 impart a satin finish to aluminum alloys as they clean and deoxidize and they produce an ideal base for paint adhesion on most aluminum alloys.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TURCO W.O. #1 AND TURCO W. 0. #2:
TURCO W.O. #1 is used when cleaning is the principal purpose. TURCO W.O. #2 is recommended for use when removal of rust, corrosion and oxidation are the principal goals.
TURCO W. O. #1:
Hand Wipe Applications: Use TURCO W. O. #1 at 15 to 25% in water at room temperature. Apply by brush or cloth saturated with solution. Gentle scrubbing speeds soil removal. Rinse with cold or warm water.
Dip Applications

Ambient Cleaning: Use TURCO W. O. #1 at 20 to 25% in water at room temperature. Immerse for 3 to 10 minutes. Rinse with cold or warm water. Hot Tank Cleaning: Use TURCO W. O. #1 with 10 to 15 parts of water. Maintain at desired temperature up to 60∞C. Immerse for 3 to 10 minutes. Rinse with cold or warm water. Spray Methods: Use TURCO W.O. #1 at 20 to 25% in water at room temperature. Apply by airless siphon spray, or TURCO Barrel Pump. Keep surfaces wet with spray until soil is removed. Brushing prior to rinsing helps remove stubborn soils. Rinse with cold or warm water
